I have OpticStudio 16 and when I try to install it, the blue screen pops up at the last minute of the progress bar and I see the message below.
" stop code : PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, failure contents : hardlock.sys "
There are two PCs, using Win 10, and both PCs have the same phenomenon.
Can I know the cause?

Apologies on the delayed response to your question. In case you are still having this issue or for the benefit of others:

The error may be caused by the Licensing Runtime. Try updating your license service before installing OpticStudio 16. The simplest way to do that is by installing the latest standalone Zemax License Manager, and having this installed will also allow you to easily upgrade to newer versions of OpticStudio.
