Thank you for the article, its useful. But i dont want to save all the montecarlo files as sometimes if multiple tolerance runs with 1000runs each time been done, there will be lot of files and need to be placed in different folders to access the data and run the macro to get the EFL and MTF values.
Can we do without saving the files by fetching the data while montecarlo runs are in progress sequentially. Just like the tol summary report. Shall we do tolerance analysis by macro itself and get the required data in to a file. Is there any way for this.
May take a try to use tolerance script and REPORT command?
