Does Zemax offer a material catalog for plastic lenses?
If not, is it easy to create a custom material library consisting of optical properties of plastic lenses?

MISC catalogue catalogue contains PMMA, POLYCARB(onate), ACRYLIC (=PMMA), POLYSTYR(ene) and COC. Catalogues being based on manufacturers, you can also look into the ZEON or TOPAS catalogues (Zeonex is COP).
You can always create a specific catalogue by copying the materials you want into a new catalogue (easier done with a text editor, as AGF files are text).
