Activation code not recieved

Hey team,

I recnetly got my Zemax license number but I didn’t recieve any activation code.

How will I know what is the license activation code?

I got it as a shared license at my research institute, from the license administrator. I have already been added as an end user.

Hello!

I see you are assigned to a network license so it is activated on a server. When connecting to the license server your machine does not need an activation code.

You should contact the license administrator as listed in your Zemax account profile page to get the server name. Here’s how to enter the server information once you have it for your legacy OpticStudio license:
