Error when trying to load in a user defined grating file into the RCWA visualizer

enelson16

Hello, I am relatively new to Zemax and am trying to use the user defined grating feature to build my own diffraction grating in non-sequential mode. I am trying to follow the steps outlined in the “Simulating diffraction efficiency of surface-relief grating using the RCWA method” article, but am not able to call in the text file that I created. When I try to load the file using the RCWA visualization window, it gives the error “cannot parse data for number of layers.” I’m certain that I matched the file format explained in the article. Has anyone else gotten this error? If so, how can I fix it? Thanks!
