Have you seen a article “ How to model human eye” in the part of  sequential eye model for retina as object surface. I want to give variation in eye power as per reality at least -15 to +15 D.

Hi @tariq_self,

Apologies on the delayed response to your question. In order to modify the model to have a non-nominal focus (nearsighted or farsighted), you will need to redefine the thickness of Surface 0 (Object) and modify the refractive surfaces appropriately to achieve a focus that is +/- 15 diopters from nominal. Here’s a sketch to illustrate what I mean:
