As the Help file said that the Qcon surface formula used by ZEMAX is based on the document 'Shape specification for axially symmetric optical surfaces' written by G. W. Forbes.
So the formula used by ZEMAX to describe the surface shape using Qcon is as illustrated in the following formula diagram, right?
