Seeing Aberrations in NSC mode

mahekl

Hello,

I am trying to determine the Zernike polynomials to find the types of aberrations I have in my Herriot (Multipass) Cell simulation. Other than the NSC Sag Map, I am unable to find any aberration analysis tools in NSC mode.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?
I’ve attached images of my simulation below.

Model it in hybrid seq/ns mode. You’ll keep the mirrors in ns mode, but the object and image surfaces of the sequential LDE are used to generate and detect rays. All aberration analyses are then available as normal.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your feedback! I’ll definitely try that out.
