Diffractive macro DOESAG.zpl doesn't seem correct

The DOESAG.zpl macro posted on this site doesn't appear to accurately determine the diffractive sag.  

Anyone else think this is the case?

Looks OK to me, at least in principle. What specifically do you not agree with?

I believe it works only if system units are millimeters, not inches.
