Will running another fitting with different Grid parameters overwrite the previous generated ZST files?

Yes, it will. When using the Load FEA Data tool to load FEA data into your system, STAR will run fitting of the raw data and create a ZST file. This ZST file stores the fitted data and is used by OpticStudio for ray tracing purpose. If user chooses to perform another fitting with different Grid parameters settings, STAR will create a new ZST file which then overwrites the previous .ZST file. There is only one ZST file per surface stored in the \Documents\Zemax\Objects\STOP Files\ folder.
