I tried to generate a set of critical rays as in the webinar below:

But clicking the button does not do anything at all.

Hi Slava,
Do you have a gray state as shown below? If so, this feature is only available in the Premium edition of OpticStudio. Your current version is not available, if you need further information about the version. You can send mail to sales@zemax.com to inquire. If this is not the reason, the initial condition should generally respond.
