Hey Peeps,

SPIE has a new book out: https://spie.org/Publications/Book/100014 called Optics Using Python.

I have bought but not received a copy yet, so no review, but it looks interesting and generally applicable to anyone who uses Python to connect to ZOS-API.

The code associated to the book can be found on GitHub but don’t seem to include OpticStudio related examples.

The Python optics library and code used in the book are publicly available on GitHub:

Based on the sample pages I would say the code is actually the most interesting part of the book, if you already know Python and optics.
