OpticStudio 20.2.2 contains the following fixes and enhancements.

Tolerance Yield – Fixed an issue where the Yield plot would return incorrect results when the language was set to Chinese or Japanese.
Tolerance Histogram – Fixed an issue where the Histogram plot would return incorrect results when the language was set to Chinese or Japanese.
