My name is Xiangli Jia and I'm a PhD student at UC Berkeley. I have a Zemax student license as part of the Zemax Academic program.
Several weeks ago my laptop crashed and I had to reset it. Unfortunately, the reset uninstalled the Zemax on my computer and I'm not able to activate Zemax on this computer using the license activation code I have.
I appreciate any help you can provide.

Update: This problem has been solved with the help with Zemax Support.
