I have the 'failed t o ninstall hardlock.cat signature error from the Sentinel Runtime Environment Installer version 7.103 has anyone come across this before and if so I would welcome some assistance

I've not seen that specifc error, a few searches indicate that windows may be out of date, and simply installing the latest Windows updates will solve it.
You could also try the later version of the sentinel LDK runtimes if you like. They are available directly from Thales
