My Zemax Optic Studio is not working on my computer. It is downloaded but will not open. I have all the requirements listed on Zemaxs website but still has this issue.

Apologies on the late reply. In case you are still seeing this issue or for the benefit of others, try/check the following in order:
- Check this Knowledgebase article to see if you are getting any common errors: Troubleshooting your OpticStudio installation – Knowledgebase (zemax.com)
- Reinstall / repair the Visual C redistributables (see article from the first check).
- Run C:\Program Files\Zemax OpticStudio\OpticStudio_Prerequisites.exe to check the perquisites.
- Uninstall / reinstall OpticStudio.
- Reinstall .NET from this page:
