My laptop system just crashed yesterday out of sudden and I was unable to reboot it at all. I did not have a chance to do the Zemax license transfer due to such unexpected event. 

 

Is there a way for me to get the license transfer code at all?

Hi @1011 - I see you also emailed our support team. Thanks for doing that! When a laptop crashes, there are a few methods we can try to recover the license but each method must be handled in a private conversation. We’ll consider this thread closed while you communicate with our IT specialist. Thanks!
