Hello, Zemax Support Team,

 

it seems that question repeats constantly, but I do really need help. Just like in topic, after formatting my PC, I lost my academic license. How can I retrieve it once again? Can someone help me in that case? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear about your licensing troubles, and hopefully you were able to remedy them. In the future, you certainly want to make sure to transfer the license before format, if possible.
