My desktopPC installed OpticStudio has been broken.


So,I cannot transfer my zemax license to new PC.



I get license within a year and subscribe to support,so would you issue new zemax license?

If possible, please open a support case at MyZemax or send an email to support@zemax.com(with detail information). We are planning to move all support case on MyZemax and will close support inbox in the near future. This type of licensing problem requires accessing our license server to recover the license if possible.
