I have lost my Zemax license… I have uninstalled zeemax to reset my computer, I have mailed to one of the teams but for some reason the email has never arrived… (may be I misspelled the address? But I should have a warning in this case, no?)
Can you help with this ?

I got the solution through the mail. Please close the ticket.
