Hi, i have joined Global Academic Program, and i have installed opticstudio. when i start the program for first time, have see a window that request license number and activation code. i have entered all information that was sent by zemax via email. but i got error that can be seen in the picture i have attached
please could you help me to activate my license.

This error message can occur if you have incorrectly entered the activate code. Please double check that the code is exactly the same as the code that you received. Also, double check that there are no additional spaces added when typing the code.
