Thanks for posting on our forums, and sorry to hear that you’re having some difficulties getting your license transferred!
Since you’re getting that error message, I suspect what’s happening is that you’re using an older code from a prior transfer. These transfer codes are a one-time use only, and new codes are generated each time you initiate a transfer from the Zemax License Manager.
Do you happen to have another transfer code from a more recent email from us? You may want to check your spam folder in case it got logged there.

Thanks for sharing the password in Private message, I have entered the password and it's got activated, not able to open the software.
