Don't have the installation file for ZOS that works with my expired support black USB key

I have a new laptop and need to get the install .exe that will work with my black USB key with expired support.  When I look at a lens that I believe was generated with that version is see 

VERS 190513 20 26795 26795

If that us helpful to identify the version that worked with my black USB.

 

Can anybody help get this going again?

I can’t help to identify your license compatibility, but you may refer to the table in this article: https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/42712658653971-OpticStudio-Legacy-Version-System-Requirements

Assuming it is not a network license, this is an excerpt of the table:

If you can’t identify the latest compatible version, you may want to try from oldest to more recent one by one, until you identify the right one.

You will also need to have an executable to try the software, and perhaps this might help:

Thank you very much,  I don’t know where the .exe file is.

I only think that they are available online going back a few years.

 

So I will have to get a hold of some .exe files.
