Configuration for Sentinel License Manager looks to be frozen and no response.

Hello,


 


I had been using zemax on a Windows PC and then suddenly zemax could not start due to no lisence.


I tried to check Configuration for Sentinel License Manager. But the configuration web page did not respond


and kept saying 'Please wait...'.


I rebooted the Windows PC and tried to access the configuration several times, but everytime it showed same behavior.


How can I proceed from here?

I forgot to tell in my question before but I could run zemax on other WIndows PC which uses a same lisence on a license server.
