I have single license and i want to add another colleague (myself ) to open the software from another PC. I can't do so as there is no "Add colleage" tab.
Is there any way to do so?
I have installed zemax on my laptop and it crashed so i want to continue working with the software on a new PC

I have replied to your support request, the academic team should be in touch soon.
For anyone else’s reference - there is no need to add yourself as end user if you are already set as such. Also adding an end user doesn’t initiate any license transfers anyway (that has to be done from the licensed machine). So any end user change wont help with the problem.
When a licensed machine fails the license is lost as its locked to that hardware. Contact support to verify if there is any recovery options or a lost license replacement available with your license type.
