I managed to open an educator account and was able to download OpticStudio. I have license number and categorized as end user. However, the application can’t run on my PC until it is activated with license number and activation code. Where do I get the activation code? I tried using the number sent on account activation email it is not working. It gives an error message saying wrong activation code format. What is right format?
