I'm an existing customer but I fail to access to knowledge base. What should I do?

Hello Suzie,
In order to have full access to all areas and resources on the portal you must be an end user of a supported license. Our software has always been, and continues to be, end user licensed software. Can you please ask your license administrator to add you as an end user to your license?

Since around 2019, the Knowledgebase has been accessible to both supported and non-supported users. I just wanted to clarify the latest policy.
