“zemax no license for opticstudio was found” occurs while using Zemax.

 

This error occurs about twice a day, and occurs when 2 to 3 Zemax devices are turned on. Additionally, I am using Zemax Premium.

 

If you have experience resolving these errors, please advise me.

I also have this problem. Try to manually restart the license at “Ansys License Manager center”.

Additionally, when I try to open one of my file I got this error message:
