I created the polygon object data file and saved it as a .pob using notepad. But I cannot see it from the Object properties window to loaded it in. Anybody know why?

Have you checked the following?
- Is the file in your {Documents}\Zemax\Objects\Polygon Objects folder or in a Polygon Objects folder located in the folder specificed in Setup..OpticStudio Preferences..Folders..Objects
- Are you absolutely sure your file has the .pob extension, and not .pob.txt? To check that, make sure you don’t Hide extensions for known file types in the Folder Options of your file explorer.
