Hello: I am unable to successfully export my design to a CAD file that shows the micro lenses on a micro lens array. As shown below: you can see the curvature of the lenses which is absent in the final CAD export. 

I tried higher spline segments = 256 but it did not change anything in the output CAD file. Any advices on how to export these lens surfaces are appreciated.

The problem with exporting MLAs to CAD is that to maintain optical accuracy the file gets to be huge. I’d recommend exporting one element and then reforming the X by Y array in the CAD program.
