Trial License not showing in MyZemax

Hi there,


 


I was just wondering if OpticStudio or OpticsBuilder trial will show in the 'License Manager' on MyZemax?


I am currently trying to access OpticStudio over my works VPN and having some issues. So just trying to detemine if the trial has eneded or if its just network connection issues.

Hello! 


No, trials are not listed in Myzemax, but they don't need to be; they do not require being listed as an end user anyway. Most likely you need to find out the server / computer name where the trial license is currently activated, and enter that name into your settings:
