I have read the Knowledgebase Articles “How to use the ISO Element Drawing” and “Tutorial 3: Technical drawings” but could not find a suitable answer.

ISO 10110-7 is used for surface imperfections like scratch/dig.
It is more common to use the MIL-PRF-13830B scratch/dig spec.
