I have read the Knowledgebase Articles “How to use the ISO Element Drawing” and “Tutorial 3: Technical drawings” but could not find a suitable answer.
Which Tolerancing operand should i use for the Term 5/

View originalISO 10110-7 is used for surface imperfections like scratch/dig.
It is more common to use the MIL-PRF-13830B scratch/dig spec.
I would check out Angel’s answer here for scratch/dig in zemax:
