Hi,
I am trying to see the wavefront error due to surface deformations and also extract the zernike values with the help of STAR nodule in Zemax.
The FEA data from NX is imported to STAR which I am fitting onto a flat mirror surface. After data fitting there is a difference in the wavefront map profile and the actual deformed surface profile.
I am unable to understand what the cause may be. Any help is appreciated.
