hello,
I am learning how to design a spectrometer, and reading the kb passage
https://www.zemax.com/blogs/free-tutorials/how-to-build-a-spectrometer
and my question is:
how to get a result of wavelength-efficiency in zemax? just like the grating efficiency graph below
and my 2 thoughts is that
1) in non-sequential mode, let each wavelength light source be 1W and get the output on the detector, then calculate the wavelength-efficiency.
unfortunately, I don’t have any idea about non-sequential mode of zemax, is it possible to do it?
2) I have read this passage,
it is mainly used for gratings design (as a consultant told me)
is it any other method to get the spectrometer wavelength- efficiency in sequential mode ?
