I am new to zemax. My first simple lens design did not show up in the lay out. Please I need help. See the result in attached.

Hi Adewale,
I would advise sharing your file as opposed to a screenshot. You can do this by clicking File..Create Archive, put the *.ZAR file into a *.ZIP that you can upload on the forum.
The Clear Semi-Diameter column seem to indicate all zeros. I would advise to press Setup..System Explorer and under Aperture Type, make sure it is set to Entrance Pupil Diameter, and the Aperture Value is set to something greater than 0.
Finally, if you are begining with OpticStudio, have a look at the Knowledge base articles, which have a wealth of information to offer for every level.
