Hi all,

I have asked ALANOD for a file such that I can used it to account for the scattering behavior of their 4270GP reflecting sheets. This one of their most specular reflecting sheet.

I received their BRDF file from them and have employed it. The results that I obtain with simulation when compared to experiments suggest however that the degree of scattering in this BRDF file is substantially more than reality. More diffuse.

Does anybody has this experience as well?

Is there something tricky I can do wrong with the BRDF file?

I have used it in combination with scattering fraction equal to 1 and tried both angles 0 and 90 degrees.

Hope someone can help me.

Kind regards,

Pascal
