Good evening, 

I am trying to fully step through and understand how to build a Confocal Microscope and understand its performance and compare to realistic data/analyses. 

However, I am getting stuck following the knowledgebase article 

How to design a confocal fluorescent microscope in OpticStudio – Knowledgebase (zemax.com)

Would someone be able to provide step by step (and maybe with screenshots) on how to fully do the microscope? 

and any suggestions on how to check that it is set up appropriately?
