I am trying to find out the optimal distance between the last lens across an image plane 40 mm in diameter.

When I try to plot the MTF it shows that the sampling rate is too low. Thank you in advance for any help.

Thank You

Hi RithikP,

Did you mean you want to get an optimized distance of last lens ~ image surface, and calculate the MTF of the system?

I would use the optimization wizard and do the optimize, like below.

It sounds like these are two different questions? To optimize the distance, you can use the optimization wizard as Yang.Yongtao suggests, or since you just have that one variable, you could use the Quick Focus tool to get the ideal thickness quicker. At that point, the MTF will calculate.
