Thanks for your post here!

In order to have full access to all areas and resources on the portal you must be an end user of a supported license - so please ensure you are correctly listed against the licenses of your organisation. Our software has always been, and continues to be, end user licensed software - our new site simply gives you more visibility into your licensing and allows you to manage users. As I can see in our system, everything was set up yesterday. Please let us know if you have any further questions or problems and we will be happy to help!
