Normally, what percentile MTF you use for system tolerance analysis? I have a microscope system and want do tolerance analysis for alignment (optomechanics design). However, I am not sure how I choose MTF value. Should I use MTF value at 20% contrast, 50% contrast, or other value? Any information would be helpful!
