Is it possible to to model a rotationally-symmetric Fresnel lens that’s bent into a cylindrical shape?

If I understand correctly,

• Extended Fresnel doesn’t allow for a cylindrical substrate
• Cylinder Fresnel doesn’t allow for rotationally-symmetric Fresnel features
• Fresnel 1 & 2 require a flat substrate
