Hello everyone, I am trying to design a system in Zemax using both sequential and non-sequential modes, but I am encountering errors and vignetting. What steps should I take to eliminate these issues?

Is this the Vignetting you mentioned?
I think it is problem with TIR.
not all rays are reflected since the incident angle to the surface is less than the TIR angle
for your reference.
try to
- change the angle of the prism
- change the aperture to control the incident ray angle
