Our authentication provider experienced a critical issue between 15:00 and 21:00 UTC on April 20, 2021 that resulted in MyZemax being inaccessible to our customers. We'd like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our customers. MyZemax is back up and running, and we are continuing to monitor the situation.
