Does zemax have any functions for comparing two different spectrums from whilte light source to see how similar they are?

If you have two Flux vs wavelength analyses window, you will able to overlay them. It will give a visual comparison:
There is also a Text tab if you'd like to plot those results:
Otherwise the Detector Color has options (search for NSDE in the help files) to compute some colour relative values like the Color Rendering Index (CRI) or Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) for example.
