Hello,

I’m very new to Zemax.

If someone has a good road map for learning as an optics design engineer that could save time, please let me know

Thanks :)

Hi Mahmoud,

And welcome to the community!

In case you haven’t found them yet, there are a lot of knowledgebase articles here:

https://support.zemax.com/hc/en-us

You might find the Getting Started series useful:

As for my recommendation, I would always try to start simple, and slowly complexify your design if you think it is required. Don’t make it unecessarily complicated.

Take care, and reach out if you have questions.
