How to save data ray in a sequential mode

Hello, 

I wonder if there is a method to save rays data from a file and then load this data as an object source.

Hi @Samia.O 

Yes there is in non-sequential mode. You can save the rays on any objects and then create a source file. It is an option of the RayTrace Control:

 

 

For sequential mode, you can use the Light Source Analysis:

But there is no direct way I can think of to create a source SDF file from sequential. I think you would need a script, but it shouldn’t be difficult.
