I have multiple configurations set in zemax opticStudio.
How can I export the CAD file together with the geometric ray tracing of these multiple configurations into CAD softwares?
Now zemax opticStudio can export the CAD file of single configuration.
I need to export the Layout together with the ray tracing of multiple configurations to CAD software, how to do it?

When choosing to export a Zemax design into a CAD file, there is an option to choose which configuration to export. You can also export all configurations by file, layer, or all at once:
I just tried with the Zoom Lens example in the Sample files and I was able to export all configurations at once and open the CAD file in Ansys Speos/Spaceclaim. All 3 configurations were present in the CAD software along with the rays for each configuration.
