I’m trying to run a tolerance analysis on how the beams from two different sources overlap in my optical system. Is there a method to quantify the overlap of my 2 beams. I tried looking into the string filters but cant find anything that would help. I would like to get filter the area where they overlap and extract any RMS spot size and centroid location.
