How to change custom material

Hi I am designing the microlens using two photon polymerization, showing below:

I attached the zar file. I have two questions:

1.How to change the material now with PMMA to IP-S and LLF2 to ITO? The index of IP-S is showing in the next table

2.After finishing the sequential mode design, I will then do the non-sequential mode design. I am planning to use the Even Asphere lens. But in the microlens SEM showing above, there is two things I am not sure how to do:

a)How to export 3/4 lens as the CAD file? b) How to make the surrounding structure?

That would be great if you could give us an example file. Thank you!

Hi Skyler,

See this Knowledge Base article for full details of adding your own materials.

You  can add the supporting structures in NS mode and Boolean them all together prior to STEP export. The STEP export will export the lens object exactly as shown in OpticStudio. In the CAD package you can then add all the supporting structures. OpticsBuilder would also be a good platform for this, as it runs the ray-trace directly inside of SolidWorks and Creo. If you're a student you may qualify for a student license, ask the good people at sales@zemax.com about that.
