how can i model a heliostat using hexagonal mirrors and all mirrors center point is on a common vertical plane?

Although this may be in more detail than you are needing, the idea is to use multiple configurations that represent each hexagonal mirror. To achieve the hexagonal shape profile, you can put on a hexagonal User Defined Aperture (UDA) on each mirror.
